MILEY Cyrus must have the smallest closet in the world — her staple bottoms of hotpants can’t be taking up much room.
The singer, 19, was snapped in yet another pin-flashing pair as she went for a stroll with fiancé Liam Hemsworth.
She paired the black shorts with a Metallica T-Shirt and an oversized check shirt while hiding her eyes behind massive shades.
Liam, who is in Philadelphia shooting latest film Paranoia with Harrison Ford, was walking next to her with their pet English bulldog Ziggy on a lead.
Miley gave the dog to Liam as a birthday present last January. He is one of four rescue dogs owned by the couple.

The pair stopped at Starbucks for some iced treats before running into some fans. But they were happy to pose and sign autographs before continuing their wander.
Meanwhile Liam, who was casual in a khaki T-Shirt and sports shorts, is reportedly considering launching his own menswear label.

A source said: “Liam’s looking to get his start in the business and may be thinking of launching a label of his own.”
But he’ll have to nail down his own style first, which he described as “very inconsistent”.
He told a magazine: “One day, I’ll put together a cool outfit, and the next I’ll look like a homeless person.”
