Thomas Ince scored twice for Blackpool as they beat Millwall 2-0 at the Den.
Ince opened the scoring on the half-hour mark before wrapping up the win in the 60th minute.
Second-half goals for Wes Morgan and Andy King saw Leicester beat Peterborough 2-0 at the King Power Stadium, while Adlene Guedioura’s strike gave Nottingham Forest a 1-0 win over Bristol City.
Barnsley beat Middlesbrough 1-0 thanks to Craig Davies’ goal on the stroke of half-time and Hull defeated Brighton by the same scoreline when Jay Simpson netted five minutes from time.
