CHRISTMAS has come early at Catterick so get the Tinsel out.

TINSELTOWN (5.35, nap) loves this track as he showed when winning both his previous runs over course and distance. He ran another cracker when a close fourth at Haydock last time and it does no harm to have top amateur jockey Simon Walker on your side in these races.

DELFT (4.30 Newbury, nb) lost out in a three-way photo-finish at Newmarket last month. She had looked progressive on sand but clearly goes well on turf.

SANDSEND (3.00 Newcastle, treble) ran his best race on his handicap debut at Ripon last time. Today’s stiffer track will help.
