Tom Hardy: The Bane of my existence

IT can’t have been pleasant living with actor Tom Hardy when he was filming the new Batman flick.

The Londoner – who plays villain Bane in The Dark Knight Rises – says he found it difficult to cast off the character when he was at home with fiancée Charlotte Riley.

He said: “Some characters are nicer to have at home than others.

“I realised how deeply affected I can be by a character and how much work it takes just to be present.”
